Mes (pa)turime katę - we keep a cat

Ir aš dar šiandien buvau Kaune.

O katę paskolino Aurelija. Katės vardą čia pat ir užmiršom, todėl vadinam Baske.

Ir pakalbėjau su L. Ž.

Baskė jau žaidžia ir prausiasi ir šiaip beveik nestresuoja.

Ir gaminom ledus.

Nors aš ir išsivaliau dantis.

Ledai iš anakardžių, moliūgo, avokado, truputį cukraus, carob miltelių ir vandens. Saldumo galėtų būti daugiau, tai ant viršaus užsibarstėme razinų. Visgi mano ledų aparatas dar veikia truputį :)

It was past midnight when I was sitting and trying to force myself to transcribe my interview meanwhile reading about mesquite. And I found out it was fantastic to sprinkle on the ice cream. So, what do I do? Of course, make ice cream (Kristina agreed). Even though I don't have any mesquite.

This time it was cachews, avocado, pumpkin, a little sugar, carob powder and water - all blended. It wasn't sweet enough so we put some raisins on top.

And this is our "borrowed" cat that Aurelija left us for a few days to take care of. We call her Baske as we instantly forgot her name. She's lovely. And a little funny :)
